By inviting Styz to a Discord server, or by accessing our dashboard at https://styz.cloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Styz or the dashboard.
Styz is a Discord bot providing moderation, auto-moderation, a leveling/XP system, a ticket support system, an economy system with a virtual server currency, giveaways, custom commands, music playback, and related server-management features, configurable through our web dashboard.
You must meet Discord's own minimum age requirement (13, or higher where required by local law) to use Styz. By using the bot or dashboard, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Server owners and staff who configure Styz (moderation settings, automod rules, custom commands, economy settings, etc.) are responsible for how those features are configured and used within their own server. We are not responsible for moderation decisions, automated actions, or content generated by custom commands that server staff configure.
Styz's economy system uses a virtual, in-server currency with no real-world monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside of the bot's own systems. Balances may be reset, adjusted, or removed at our discretion, including in cases of abuse, exploits, or server removal.

Styz Premium is offered as both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions, depending on the plan. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full payment card details.
All sales are final. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds for Premium purchases or subscription charges, including partial periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with features. Digital benefits are typically granted immediately upon purchase, which is why refunds are not available once access has been granted.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or unauthorized use of your payment method), contact us at billing@styz.cloud before opening a chargeback with your bank - unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account or Premium benefits. If you are located somewhere with a legally mandated right to withdraw from a digital purchase (for example, certain consumer protections in the EU/UK), nothing in this section overrides that right.
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Styz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We are not liable for lost data, downtime, or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate access to Styz or the dashboard for any account, server, or user found to be violating these Terms, Discord's policies, or applicable law, without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styz and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot or dashboard, including moderation actions, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms as Styz's features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any credentials used to access the Services. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised accounts, shared credentials, weak passwords, phishing attacks, malware, or other security incidents beyond our reasonable control. Any actions performed through your account are considered authorized by you unless otherwise required by applicable law.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable services and backups where appropriate, we do not guarantee that user data will never be lost. Server settings, configuration data, advertisements, marketplace listings, analytics, logs, premium settings, and other stored information may be modified, deleted, corrupted, or lost due to maintenance, software bugs, hardware failure, third-party outages, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where applicable.
From time to time, we may offer experimental, beta, early access, preview, or testing features. These features are provided solely for evaluation purposes and may:

We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse.
We do not verify the identity, legitimacy, or trustworthiness of marketplace users. You assume all risks when engaging in marketplace transactions. We are not responsible for:

Advertisements may be rejected without explanation, including but not limited to for:
Approval of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement by us.
Premium pricing, benefits, feature limits, and subscription plans may change over time. Changes will not retroactively affect completed purchases unless required by law. Future renewals may occur at updated pricing where permitted and after appropriate notice.
We reserve the right to delay, cancel, refuse, investigate, or limit purchases that appear fraudulent or suspicious. Factors may include:
We may temporarily suspend access while investigating potential violations. During investigations, premium access may be temporarily disabled. Such temporary suspensions do not entitle you to refunds.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been improperly used through Styz, please contact us with sufficient information to investigate the claim. We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing material while reviewing complaints.
By submitting suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, ideas, or other feedback to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, implement, publish, and incorporate that feedback without compensation or attribution.
Use of Styz does not create any partnership, employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture between you and us.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Services.
Failure by us to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor, affiliate, or purchaser of the Services.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
By using the Services, purchasing Premium, or inviting Styz to a Discord server, you agree that electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
